Training : On Site Training

We offer on site training for up to twenty operators in one session.
Each session lasts 3-4 hours and consists of the following:

• 25 minute safety video
• 2 hours of classroom training& theory
• 30-45 minutes hands on in plant
• 30 minute test upon completion

UPON COMPLETION OF THIS TRAINING COURSE
THE TRAINEES WILL:

• Know the legal requirements pertaining to lifting devices
• Know the responsibilities that apply to those involved in carrying out a lift
• Know how to select and secure proper lifting equipment and devices to hoists and cranes
• Know how to perform an operational inspection of a hoist or crane
• Know how to determine the capacity of various slings and attachments when they are not clearly marked
• Know how to calculate the weight of most loads
