Training : OnLINE Training
We offer online classroom training for companies and individuals that live in remote areas or that only have one or two people to train. Our training also requires proof of forty hours of hands on experience at your place of employment in the form of a “Certificate of Validation”. This certificate verifies that you have successfully demonstrated the ability to apply the classroom training you learned on our website. The combination of both of these meets the requirement of the Ministry of Labour in all Canadian Provinces.
You must specify which province you will be working in as the training that is required is slightly different for each province.
Our training program:
- 1-2 hours of online training
- 20 minute test upon completion

Upon successful completion of this training course the trainees will:
- Know the legal requirement pertaining to lifting devices for the Province of training
- Know the responsibilities that apply to those involved in carrying out a lift
- Know how to select and secure proper lifting devices to hoists and cranes
- Know how to determine the capacity of various slings and attachment when they are not marked
- Know how to calculate the weight of most loads
Upon successful completion the trainee will be able to download a “Certificate of Training” for the classroom training and a “Certificate of Validation” which must be signed by a supervisor or someone in a management position at your place of employment.
